I contacted The Eco Scheme to find out if they could help me with an EPC and advise what options are available to me and my property to have renewable energy upgrades. The team have been very helpful and knowledgeable in doing this. I am currently waiting for a detailed report by the surveyor, looking toward to seeing what suggestions are made. I am very happy with the professional service received so far.
This Company were supposed to carry out an energy certificate on my property.
Their surveyor messed me around and didnt turn up to the appointment, thereby wasting my time. Trying to deal with their office was like banging my head against the wall.
Unbelievably they later contacted me and offered to send me a gift card if I left them a positive review!!!!
Buyer beware. This company messed me around and then offered me a financial incentive to leave a fraudulent review!!!
