Good advice, good service

They listened to my requirements and helped me choose the right bike for me, there was no pressure to purchase at anytime. I was also able to have a trial ride around the local car park to see if the bike was right for me, they were very helpful and I would recommend them to anyone and my order was fulfilled with in four weeks than you.

The guys at the EBS gave me lots of information so that I could make an informed choice on which bike to buy. Everyone was really friendly and helpful, I can highly recommend them.

It was a pleasure to be served by a salesperson that had excellent product knowledge and looked at our needs and sold us the cycle that was best for us in our budget. We also appreciated the tips he gave us to make our riding more comfortable eg correct saddle height. etc.

Absolutely brilliant customer service, So knowledgeable and most of all they listened. They fitted the bike to me. I now can tackle a lot of the Surrey hills around me. I’m also riding to work on most days through the country lanes. I now have the most awesome bike thx to my husband.who treated me to this hybrid cube bike for my 60th birthday.
If your looking for a new bike don’t go anywhere else.

I could write war and peace on this review but I think it is wiser to keep it a bit brief! I had the pleasure of dealing with these guys after receiving the worst customer service from Tredz. The brief part of the story was that I bought an Haibike Alltrack 4 online (that was a mistake) and it turned up not working, I tried all the things I was told to by them and then I was asked to call a shop and get them to look at it as it being literally a few days old was obviously under warranty. This is where I met the Bike Shop guys. From day one they went above and beyond for me from start to finish. Initially it was trying to liaise with Tredz and Boshh as it was quite a significant fault. Bearing in mind these guys did not sell me a bike, they treated me like they did. The story continues with me and the shop doing all the chasing to get the bike back to me only to find that about a month into the process Tredz wanted to collect the bike and send me a new one. There was a delay getting the bike picked up process, all the time the Shop having to sort things out again and pack the bike up and again they ensured I was well looked after by keeping me informed and speaking to whoever they needed. We thought that was the end of the shop having to do anymore but in error the bike was sent to the shop and not to my home address - which caused the shop another pain but which again they just took in their stride. They kindly put the brand new bike together only to find out that they would have to had to take the bike in again as the brakes and gears not working as they should - they spoke to Tredz and sorted it all out again. With the number of issues Tredz sorted out the warranty again and then they arranged with the shop who kindly agreed to deliver the bike to me - which they did and I got an unexpected by really helpful handover on it. Overall, these guys did everything and about 100 things more than they needed to do. All the time they kept telling me that they just wanted to get the bike to me so I could enjoy it - that was their main focus - which I appreciated so much. I will be using the guys for servicing and anything else I need to get done in future and I absolutely will not be doing anything other than buying my next bike through the Uckfield Electric Bike Shop - they were brilliant! What I love about these guys is if they say they are going to do something - they do it and do it really well - quite rare nowadays! If you had 6 stars - they would deserve them all!

I decided to purchase a Raleigh Lotus EBike, phoned the shop at Uckfield and Spoke to a Gentlemen called Genesis, he was extremely helpful with all my questions, so decided to purchase the bike through the shop. A week later I went to collect my bike and the help never changed, after trying out the bike the saddle was to high for me and they changed it for a new stem which was perfect. I would definitely recommend this shop,if you are looking to buy an ebike.

A fantastic 'all round service' from Gen and the team at the Uckfield store when we called in to look for a suitable E Bike for my Wife, who suffers with hip problems. Of course, the most important thing was the colour, followed by it's suitability ;)

Gen was an absolute 'Gen'tleman and took all the time she needed to choose and test ride, with absolutely no sales pressure whatsoever. She settled on a step through Raleigh Motus Tour. We collected yesterday, and is now looking forward to chewing up some miles on it.

Overall a great buying experience. Good communication following an online purchase to be delivered to a local dealer. A comprehensive explanation of the bikes controls and user maintenance was given on collection. A problem I had after purchase was dealt with quickly and efficiently.

I was very pleased with the way the shop kept me up to date with how my order was progressing and the way the bike was securely packed when I received it.
