No show, no contact.

I've used these guys a couple of times and was satisfied with the service. This time however, I had booked my car in for a service and it got cancelled twice as I was told that the vehicle they use to collect cars for servicing was having issues and the third time they didn’t reply to my text or get in contact with me to say they wouldn’t be coming, nothing. I was relying on this service as I’m a carer for my mum who has MND, I’m also looking after a very young puppy and working a job so it’s difficult for me to make time to go to garages. Such a shame I’ve been let down as I was fairly happy with the previous call outs I’d made to them and was planning to continue using them for the foreseeable future….but they have to be reliable!
