Having used Theenk tea for over a year and now it is firmly part of my well-being routine. In particular Morning Glory helps lift the fog before I start my day and Evening Delight helps me wind down for for a good night's sleep. Great tasting, beneficial and soothing. I find Theenk tea far superior to all other herbal teas I have tried.

I bought the 21 day pack and absolutely loved it. The morning tea was the perfect start to my mornings and the afternoon one really helped for that afternoon slump. Definitely my new tea.

You really can taste the difference in quality with this tea.
The quality of ingredients is very impressive and it really stands out and above other products available.

Last night I had the Evening Delight. I haven’t had such a great sleep in weeks. I am writing this as I am seeping my cup of Morning Glory and I love how fresh and comforting it feels. I discovered Theenk Morning Glory tea at the Free From Festival in Bristol. I love it! It contains a lot of the ingredients in a supplement I used to take for the brain fog associated with my me/CFS which is unfortunately no longer available in the UK. It has a pleasing, delicate flavour. It feels clean when I drink it, and I get a little lift after drinking it, similar to a caffeinated drink, but without all the unwanted side effects like crashing later and feeling groggy. I've been drinking it every morning since then and it's really helping me to stay away from coffee. I feel lighter, cleaner and fresher and more focused for my day.

So i don't know where i can buy and then drink adaptagenic teas? Do you? Well this is the place. Theenk Tea are the only company that I have found that fit the bill. If you are serious about drinking herbal teas then you may as well drink some tea that is actually more then just the spice or a everyday herb tea.
This stuff is magic. Make sure you try the 21 day program as a starter. What do you have to loose, a couple of pounds if you got it wrong, but what if you got it right. Quids in, health in and happy you!

I am blown away by this brand and honestly would recommend everyone to try! The thought and love that has gone behind creating this 21 day programme is so impressive and after a few weeks I am already feeling the benefits. The sleep blend is so smoothing and has become my evening ritual to drink it before bed. It’s so calming and you can feel the potency of the herbs working their magic!

I am now half way through my first 21day program, and can clearly say that all 3 blends of the tea have had marked improvements in the clarity of my thoughts and my overall energy levels; but would call out specifically the sleep one as my new found hero. As a mum of a toddler and a small business owner, I find it really challenging to switch off my mind in the evenings. The sleep blend relaxes my body and mind so I am not only getting the space to rest but also have deeper sleeps for longer. Would highly recommend.

Great tea and I found it helped with my cognition . The cost is the only down side. it would be even better if they could find a way to make more affordable

I am a light sleeper and always find it hard to fall asleep. Theenk Tea does certainly help! I feel that their teas are designed for me!

Love that these are produced all from natural goodness. Something for each part of the day to to help me get through the day and never ending to do lists. Really noticed a difference in energy levels and great to support small business too.

I’m usually skeptical when it comes to teas that can change me, but I was so surprised that this one worked! It tastes very pleasant, and seems like a perfect mix of coffee replacement and an energiser. I tried yerba mate before and hated it, and here it’s one of the ingredients but it’s very well balanced with everything else. I was awake, focused and happy all day thanks to this product and I’d recommend it to those who seek a good way to help them focus and stay healthy.

I subscribed to TheenkTea a few months ago. I'm completely addicted! I love my little tea routine and it helps my brain to study! I can recommend kit to everyone who, like me, enjoys drinking natural herbal blends.

I really enjoy Theenk Tea, especially now in the autumn season its been really helpful to me. The morning cup is great now when I'm trying to ditch my coffee habit.
