Received an incorrect item and not as…

Received an incorrect item and not as ordered. Parcel arrived within the specified time. Hoping its an honest mistake. No returns policy outlined on website but a request to email to request a refund. Have requested refund. Gave One Star review.
Edit 24 Nov 2025. Received a full refund and in addition was sent my original order for free which arrived today. It was a genuine mistake which has now been corrected. The incense received and the free samples smell lovely and are of high quality. Changed to give four star review.
