I place an order this morning and i did not recive any email confirmation by now, so i think is suspicius then i see online they have 0 company info no contact ! is a scam 100%

Firstly, this is not a UK company.
Based in California.
Their communication is awful
Delivery times are a joke

The fidget cubes are garbage. Overpriced garbage. I have 2 Zuru/Anstylabs fidget cubes, the originals are better made, all the functions work better on the originals.
You can buy Anstylabs/Zuru fidget cubes from Smyths Toys UK for £3.49 each.

Don't waste your money on this overpriced knock off garbage from fidget club UK.

I would really give no stars...I too..stupidly thought I was buying from a UK company and didn't look at return address. Goods recieved very late and are a rip off...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I have just spent nearly £50 on two 3D printed dragons with eggs and obviously fake ‘Shashibo Cubes’. The dragons were disappointing and are basically pointless plastic ornaments, which serve no purpose.
The cubes were dreadful quality, with misaligned and creased stickers, which were hanging over the edge of the cubes, and they had no magnetic strength. I emailed the company to ask for a refund, but have not had a reply. Then having since looked into it, have discovered they are not a UK-based company, despite the .co.uk address, and appear to be based in California. I looked at the website’s return policy, and it states they cannot accept returns on sale items (there was a site-wide 30% sale!). I am kicking myself for taking this on face value, and have learned a lesson here. It sounds like it’s a lost cause, so I’ve had to write it off and revert to Amazon, which hopefully will be the real deal, if I’ve not screwed up again. So many people must be getting stung at Christmas, in a cost-of-living crisis, thinking they’ve got a deal. Absolutely shocking!

Item never arrived, after many emails to them I was told they don't cover theft or loss of parcel so its not their problem. They have ignored all emails since.

Was sent a fake product in genuine packaging. Item badly manufactured and caused an injury. Company notified and they ignored all emails until I advised them of the Legal Action I was taking. They then refunded my money. Do your research about Flynova Pro and don't accept a fake product as they are dangerous. This company has also been reported to Trading Standards. This is not a UK based company but Trading Standards are still pursuing this with the international counterpart. Buy from this company if you want fake unsafe products. And also if you wish for all your correspondence to be ignored. But do use this company if you are prepared to take Legal Action against them. Because that is the only way they will respond to you.

One star only because I don't think we can do 0 stars! Rip off. Returns to California, no visibility on that when you order.

I wish I’d looked at Trust Pilot before ordering from this company. Clearly no UK stock and the product (Flynova) was a Chinese rip-off when it eventually arrived. I chose what I thought was a small independent UK company rather than Amazon, but I won’t be doing that again. At least Bezos keeps his customers happy, if not his workforce.

They lie, repeatedly and constantly, I’ve had several tracking numbers, nine of them actually attached to a parcel that has actually been sent. They can’t even keep track of their own inventory allegedly. They tell you the parcel is sent, when you query where it is they then admit it hasn’t been sent as it wasn’t in stock. Then tell you an alternate has been sent when it hasn’t.

Took over 2 weeks to be delivered. Got an email to say it had been posted but no tracking info until a week later. This company are defo not based in the UK. Haven’t seen the item as it’s a gift so just hoping it’s good quality. Emails were shoddy too, just got told it was on its way.
Avoid this company, pay a little extra and use a trusted business!!
The item (Flynova Pro) is shoddy, loud, flimsy and doesn’t work. Drops to floor off my hand and turns itself off. Waste of money. I also wrote a bad review on their website but they have to approve all reviews so of course they didn’t approve mine. I bet the reviews they do have are all made up.

i'm updating this review as have now received the products after 2.5 weeks.
As other people have eluded to this is a not a UK based company and the products are not shipping from the UK but i imagine coming direct from China.
Save yourself hassle, pay a little more and buy elsewhere

Although really slow delivery (2 weeks) my items did arrive today... so 3 stars

I don’t know why all the negative reviews... Besides a slightly longer delivery time than expected, blame covid/brexit, product arrived and even though may not be the original (never had an original one to compare so I don’t know that for sure) the quality is good and does what it’s supposed to do. I even sent them an email assuming they were a scam company after reading all the reviews for which I am sorry. However, it’s with me and I am happy to give 4 stars (-1 star for longer delivery time and because there is no contact information on your website ;just a form which you fill and wait for them to write you ). I will buy again from them when my fidget cube runs it’s course.

Fraud company never received order and asked for a refund and not heard back since!!!! Do not buy!!

As soon as the product arrived it was clear it was shoddy quality. The buttons don’t line up right and some of the parts slide right off of where they’re meant to be. The cube barely lasted a few weeks before the joystick snapped off. I wrote to their customer service, and they told me they won’t replace it given I’d had it over 30 days, which is actually against the law. They also accused me of using it incorrectly (it’s designed to be fidgeted with). I’ll never order from them again, and I’ll be reporting them to the Ombudsman for breach of the consumer rights act. Avoid this appalling company.

My two fidget cubes cost me £11.50 each, reduced from £25. The cubes I were sent were completely wrong, not matching what I purchased. When I emailed customer support they ghosted me and I requested my £22.97 refunded via PayPal. They never responded to the dispute but I was only refunded £22 exactly. Very odd, definitely do not order from this company.

Fraudulent company, avoid!

Rip off site. 2 months after ordering and no cubes or replies to email. Will be contacting my credit card company and reporting them for fraud.

Really poor. Rip off company who say they are selling Fidget Cubes - they do not reply to emails - reckon they are taking people's card details and will be reporting them to Consumer Services. They do not reply to emails and I wonder where they are based.

Do not buy, deliberately chose to buy from this site as they (fraudulently) state they hold UK stock and delivery is 3-7 days but they are not based in UK, over a month since order and no cubes, no reply to my many emails. Were meant to be a birthday present but birthday long since passed. Opened paypal dispute but not hopeful....
