For any online store selling anything the bare minimum requirement is to address the package correctly, if you are dealing with live animals even more so. i have tried calling many times but the staff member who has picked up is surprising unhelp and didn't call me back at all as of the time of writing this (over 24h after call).
admitly UPS could have emailed me "can you give us a house number" not a yes you package will arrive at 12 something am. but if the company just gave the correct adress there would be new fish in the pond not dead ones in a warehouse.
