Service was good and staff helpful but missed delivery date.

Service was good and staff helpful. However, dropped one star because they let me down on a promised delivery date. Would shop again, but not at short notice.
Updated:
Required a bit of detective work to track down my package as the address on it was incomplete (not what I entered on the order form).
Contacted by a helpful staff member, Alex, on Saturday, even though their customer service is closed. Alex was clearly concerned about what I had written on this site,That was good service, and appreciated.

The guys here are always happy to help…

The guys here are always happy to help in anyway they can. I've bought quite a few items from them now and never been disappointed. They have always happily answered any questions I have and given good advice on what products to buy.

great company to deal with, a fast, efficient service, unfortunately Parcelforce had issues and delivered the item a day later than scheduled, but that was no fault of The Flash Centre

I've used The Flash Centre a few times…

I've used The Flash Centre a few times now. Orders over the phone, in person in the shop, sending someone else to the shop, AND at trade shows. Every single time my experiences have been 5/5. The guys are friendly and very knowledgeable about everything photography. They've advised me with my needs and i always feel like a valued customer.
