Being part of the FlipSisters program has been such a positive and empowering experience for me. The coaching is clear, practical, and rooted in real-world application—it’s not just theory, it’s guidance you can actually use.
What has stood out the most is the level of support. Questions are met with timely, thoughtful responses, and there’s a genuine willingness to help you move forward, no matter where you are in the process. You never feel like you’re figuring things out alone.
And the community… that’s truly something special. There is a real sense of sisterhood—women showing up for one another, encouraging, sharing, and celebrating wins together. It creates an environment where growth feels possible and progress feels supported.

Started out super excited thinking I had found a community of women where I could grown and learn. Finding a support system was super important to me as an entrepreneur with high hopes and truly wanting to learn how to be profitable. Sad to say that their FB group has rude and inconsiderate supporters that think they are above you. Not the top dog but some of her cronies responded to a post of mine and it was outright nasty and hateful. Needless to say, that after attempting to participate and ask questions, so I could learn and possibly find like-minded support to boost my career, I shut down and left a program I paid far too much money for.

I cannot recommend Flipsisters enough !

This program has been a game changer for my real estate journey. Coach Kristine, Blaire and Shari Jo are truly the best, their guidance and support makes all the difference. If you are looking to get into flipping, this is the place to be

I’ve attended several real estate investing webinars, but The Flipstress program was the one that truly stood out. The modules are thoughtfully designed for beginners and clearly walk you through everything you need to complete your first flip confidently.

I was advised I have Lifetime access to the program and community however once I paid 8k to get in I received a document saying access to the community was only 1yr! So red flag that you can speak to those that was in the community for over that long. Also was told there was many private lendors to help on deals but once I got in the program I found out there was a whole process to get ypur deals funded and if the house didnt look good to them they denied it (just as a fyi my hardmoney lender said it was great deal and approved based of the ARV). You have access to a coaching once a month for only 3 months and in those calls your questions were basically thrown back at you. With majority of everything you had to post on their facebook with anything prior to getting in contract and any questions. Most of the time the responses were short and informative, so your sitting on the other side of the screen still confused. They have a NO REFUND policy, so save your money and go search free info on social media.

I am so grateful to this program. They literally go step by step and give you everything you need to know while ALSO giving you coaching and helping to shift your mindset! Our original plan was to get our first flip within 90 days but our journey slowed us down a little bit and now we're back in action!!

I think the best thing about this program is not just access to the curriculum but having access to communicate with other women doing the same thing as you so you don't feel so stressed. Having it be just women has created SUCH a safe space for learning and growth.

My partner and I ADORE Kristine (our coach), she is so incredibly supportive and validating. And I'm just SO excited to share our success story when we finish our first flip!!!!

This is a fantastic group of women dedicated to helping other women succeed in house flipping. Their program is thorough and easy to follow and very interactive. I am so glad I started this journey with them.

They're are very deceptive about this program. They make it sound so easy. It's not.

I joined in January, followed the steps laid out, joined the calls, and started my first flip 4 months later. I can't say enough about the coaches' support; they truly care about us. I wouldn't have had the confidence to do this on my own. I'm getting ready to put my flip on the market and will update as to my profit once sold.

This experience with the FlipSisters has been life changing. And I don’t say that lightly.

I started this journey after a divorce with ZERO real estate experience and with no money of my own to invest. I saw and heard so many testimonials of women like me who found success with this course that I jumped in! What else was I going to do? I hadn’t found any success on my own.

So I dove into the trainings and lessons and was blown away by how much I learned and how thorough it all is! They don’t leave anything out and they don’t try to upsell you at the end of the program into something else!

This community and the coaches are unlike anything I’ve ever experienced.

It is way beyond anything I could have imagined. If you apply yourself and do the things they say, especially the ones you don’t want to do, you will learn and grow so much!

Trust me! This was a huge leap of faith and I’m so glad I took it. You won’t be sorry you did but you’ll probably be in the same place you are now if you don’t!

I came here to shine a light on everything about this program and am sitting here reading the very few negative reviews and am shaking my head.

Don’t believe them! They are not lifting anyone up and only want to bring people down. So sad.

There are literally hundreds of positive reviews on this program and team and the 4 or 5 toxic people have to come on here and crap on all of the really wonderful things about this program just to make themselves feel better! These negative reviewers seem vindictive more than anything. They didn’t follow through and it’s somehow the program’s fault, lol! Everything with those kinds of people - the naysayers - is always someone else’s fault. They are never satisfied and they have to Karen everywhere they go.

I have received way way more than I could have ever imagined from this program. I’ve had extra coaching when I’ve asked for it. I’ve even had coaches reach out to me to help me when they see I’m stuck. NOT just within the first 90 days.

You can give feedback ANY TIME you want! Either directly to your coach or to the Support team. Any time and you will be taken care of! So anyone who says otherwise is simply lying.

The structure of the program is very clear when someone joins and you have to acknowledge reading, understanding and agreeing to them before ever moving forward with enrolling.

They are very transparent and THERE ARE NO SURPRISES HERE!

I’ve spent over $50,000 on other programs that never fulfilled their promises, that’s why I’m here.

This whole team goes above and beyond every single day for everyone, even the complainers. I really don’t know how they do it and keep their minds right, honestly.

You will be blown away by the support and community here! It’s so inclusive and uplifting!

I feel like the program was not worth the thousands of dollars that I spent. Here's why.

You only get individual coaching with an actual flipper once per month for 90 days. This is when you are just still setting up your business - not when the good stuff hits like actually flipping. My success would have increased significantly if I could have continued the coaching.

If you ask a question twice in their Facebook group, you will be dismissed for doing so with a response like "We've answered that already" and to "search the page" or "check module X". I only ask questions when I don't understand the answer or need further clarification, and that's after spending hours of my time searching the page and reading each comment and completing modules. I felt discouraged from asking anything.

I listened to 75% of the podcast listening to successful flippers as I looked for inspiration, but eventually I started finding a pattern. The vast majority of the successful flippers had some sort of real estate background or had a super supportive partner that literally helped them flip in some capacity - financially, construction, or management. The flipstress program is not enough alone for a newbie to transform into a flipper despite their claims. I would know, because I tried. I thought my hard work and diligence would have been enough.

I would love a refund at least, but they made it clear that this was not available. I feel like the salesperson who introduced the program manipulated me. She worked to persuade me to open a new credit card to pay for the program. I cried expressing how scared I was to spend that money. She should not have convinced me "mom to mom" and promised me big $ success.

My biggest complaint is that the leader does not accept feedback. If she did, many of the problems I encountered could have been resolved before I even left this review. This review is a result of feeling ignored and dismissed.

I know the leader will likely respond to this review as she does with every negative review. Notice the pattern of dismissiveness and attempts to discredit. Those 1 and 2 star reviews are real. I wish I had checked TrustPilot before I entered this program.

AFTER FLIPSTRESS RESPONSE:
“Direct email access with their 1:1 coach”
- You told us NOT to email them. Everything we have to say must be posted in the Facebook group.

“Weekly email check-ins”
- This is only during the first 90 days of a 365 day program.

“Conversations during their 1:1 calls with their coach”
- This is only 3 times during the first 90 days.

“1:1 calls with their momentum coach”
- This is only 3 times during the first 90 days. And what is a momentum coach going to do anyway? She knows nothing about flipping.

“Reaching out to our dedicated Support Team”
- You tell us to not email you unless there is a technical problem with the software or modules. Everything is supposed to be posted in the Facebook group.

These are some of the things I already mentioned in my original review.. again the inability to take feedback.
