Terrible customer service

Order £2500 worth of flooring from B&Q. Turns out it’s supplied by the flooring warehouse whose customer service is AWFUL. They have no phone number just online chat which shuts at 5pm which is not very helpful when you have a scheduled delivery supposed to turn up by 6:15pm. No updates, no delivery and no means of contacting anyone.

Excellent Service

Excellent customer service, you have really got it right! Prompt confirmation of order and advice when the order would be delivered. A very, very impressive service.

Do NOT use this company. Ever.

Scam artists. This is not a real flooring company. Do NOT use them. They advertise they accept credit cards, they do not. They do not issue tracking numbers for deliveries. You do have to pay them via Paypal. Basically you have no financial protection. We unfortunately ordered from them and after three failed delivery dates (no one showed up to deliver and each time we had to chase them again to find out what was happening) came and went we are still trying to get our money back. After paying nearly 50 pounds for delivery they asked me to pick up wood myself....

Also note they trade under Easy Step Flooring as well.

Do not order!

Absolute disgrace to the industry. I ordered wooden flooring and paid through paypal. No delivery!

When contacted, they said they don't know what happened but the payment has gone to someone else. I then showed the Paypal confirmed transaction and warned that somehow when I pressed pay from their website, it has gone to someone else and it may be happening to other customers. They dismissed that it is not their fault.

I then contacted Paypal, and they confirmed that it is a problem with their site and started a refund.

I would like to point out that I work in Software Development/IT and very competent with technology.

They also said they do not have the flooring I ordered in stock! but you can still order from the website. Appalling service. Garbage website! I would look elsewhere.
