Deception and disappointing customer service
That is the answer to my complaint related to a box charged at 699 AED: "For the box,the picture which is uploaded on the website is an old picture, as that box is out of stock since November 2020"
Clearly deception selling something different to what is promoted on the picture. I would definately not recommend this vendor.

Sad Sunflowers
The front end service was amazing! I was so impressed with the kindness and efficiency. However, the back of the house provided me with old sunflowers that wilted away the first morning after an evening arrival. They came without water, and fear they had travelled some time like that. I also found better quality for half the price. ):

For the Sunflowers, we only provide fresh and good quality sunflowers to our customers and due to that as compare to others our prices are different.
For the long stem,we prepared it like a bouquet and have added a vase with it which is having water, as we kept it in a chiller van and when the delivery boy gave the sunflower to your maid,he took the vase back.
Flowers were all fresh as we deliver happiness and customer's satisfaction is our top priority.
Please do order us again and for sure you will get our best service with best price and will love it.
