Very poor quality of flowers delivered
Very poor quality of flowers delivered. Nothing compared to the many many orders that I have made over the years. Neither quality nor quantity. Flowers were all wilted in 48 hours.
I did reach out to them to voice my concerns and give them feedback but unfortunately no one even bothered to pick up the phone or drop an email back to get any more details. A real shame in such a competitive market!

The delivery was fast, but unfortunately the driver had forgotten one item on the order. He advised this over the phone and also advised that he would deliver the missing item the next day. We are still waiting for the item to be delivered, since the order is only a few days old.

Worst Customer Service Ever
Worst Customer Service Ever! Pls Don't use this online store.
I tried to redeem my points for my recent order but it's not going through, i chat with their Customer Service Rep - Muhammad, he said they are having some technical issues that's why it was not deducted. He said he will escalate the case to the concern person so this will be fixed. Unfortunately it was not resolved. One rude lady called me and keep on insisting that i should not place the order if there is a technical issue. She is not listening to the customer and will just keep on blabbing. So to make the story short. I will never ever use this online shop for our Corporate Orders!
