Great purchase well worth it just not to look at those horrible old water bowls full of floaties
The fountian bowl is in a position where we all walk past frequently, so the water flows when someone is close doggy meeoow or Humon. Our Big 80kg+ Bull Arab Dane used to turn his water bowls into doggy yuk soup even with fresh water daily, The filter does a good job compared to the to the old style with muk and floaties in it, Now the water looks pristine and its good to know that flowing water is the better option knowing your looking after woof and meeow. Battery life? had it over a week and still going strong so i guess the 40 day battery boast could be true. Great purchase well worth it just not to look at those horrible water bowls full of floaties. Oh and fast delivery.

I initially gave the product 5 stars because my dogs love it. And so did I until the pumps stopped working. I ordered 2 Flowzys plus 2 additional pumps. Out of the 4, 2 quit working. Filed a claim for one Oct 20, but haven’t heard back yet. Bought another pump just for back up and now it’s acting up. If they could redesign the pumps, the product would be perfect.

Absolute disaster from start to finish. Sure, the initial purchase confirmation hiccup was our oversight… but THEN these legends of efficiency took an entire week just to ship it. And when it finally arrives in the U.S. from China? We get the classic “out for delivery” notification - on stuck - for a whole month.

Support? Oh, support is a comedy show. These geniuses respond whenever they feel spiritually moved (WHICH IS RARE), and when we clearly tell them we’re done with their clown circus, they actually have the audacity to ask if we still want the product.

They’ve been ignoring us and dodging a refund for nearly two weeks now.

Save yourself the headache.

Purchased a flowzy water fountain for my Labrador's as one of my girls is totally hopeless and digs in her water. They then suffer as they constantly have no water. I stumbled across the water fountain and this has totally solved my problem. She tried to dig at it twice and hasn't tried since. Both my girls love this drinking fountain, it's really quite clever! Customers service is outstanding too, as I had an issue & they got straight back to me with some problem solving solutions and we worked it. Super happy!!

The product is good in theory, terrible in execution.

- There is no easy way to tell how much water is left in the bowl without pulling it apart

- Whilst the water on top appears fresh, the water in the bottom compartment is often dirty and in need of daily change regardless.

- The filter sometimes catches stuff, sometimes doesn't. I don't actually understand the point of it as you end up cleaning the whole bowl every day anyway

- The battery, at best, lasts a few days and what do you do when the pump is charging? Revert back to a normal dog bowl. So you are still using a normal bowl at least once a week...

- The pump compartment gets dirty quite quickly and harbours grime unless you are cleaning it daily as well

We've tried many dog pumps/fountains and all have similar issues.

The customer support is some GPT bot as well.

Terrible product. Pump never worked and customer service dismal - a one week email response time - keeps asking for video evidence which I supplied and still no refund or new pump 6 weeks later.

Don’t buy this crap! It only works when it wants to. Their website says 90 day no risk guarantee. They lie! They keep offering discounts on another useless product until you get past your 90 days then make you fill in a warranty claim with yet more delaying tactics. Stay away from these scammers!!!!

I had the water fountain for less than 4 months and it started getting rust markings throughout the bowl and on the lid. I cleaned it regularly (everyday) and used filtered water when refilling it. I have tried to contact them through 2 emails (i get an email back saying they're not accepting emails or something) I then have tried to contact them through their live chat 4 days in a row, no reply back. I have also now reached out on Facebook in hopes of a reply. I'm a little annoyed i paid this much for this and they can't even give me a reply back. i WISH i read the reviews because apparently this is a common issue where nobody gets customer support.

I had a question about the product and they promptly responded with great advice. This water fountain is great for my large pup. It keeps the water flowing, clean, and cool.

Do not buy this product. The customer service on faulty items is terrible. Im so upset with them. Tried contacted the company many times and have not had a reply once. Spent good money for a below average product.

We moved to the flowzy bowl and it's been fantastic. It took a few days for the dogs to realise you no longer just stick your head in and throw water everywhere! The water they are drinking stays cleaner for longer. You only have to see the filter colours to realise what benefits filtered water is for the doggos!

We ordered a second water fountain as the first one was great but the pump does not work on the second fountain and this company absolutely refuses to replace the pump. We have communicated numerous times with email and text message via "Messenger" and all we get in return are flowery responses about how sorry they are and this is not the experience they want us to have but despite sending a video of the fountain with all the green lights working but NO WATER they will not post us another pump. I am in the process of making a dispute submission to PayPal to have the total funds credited to my account otherwise I will lodge a report with Australian Consumer Affairs Commission. Please if you are in the market for this type of item look elsewhere as this item is expensive compared to other models and even though it works really well the backup service is abominable in other words none existent.

No free gift and huge dent in bowl. No customer service or response on number listed or to emails following up

Recieved my parcel that I purchased during the Halloween promo , I did not receive a mystery gift at all , which is very disappointing, ive messaged on there chat service that says there online but thats just rubbish , customer service 24/7 they say what a load of lies .. ive emailed them with no response , let's just hope the product is better then the people selling it , im not happy and very un impressed by the whole ordeal, stay right away from the company as they are clearly not very good at there job !!

Just wanting to provide an update (08/12/2025) here as really want people to be very careful and clear when dealing with this company. Over a month now and still nothing in the form of a mystery prize, supposedly valued at $209 from the Halloween promotion, has arrived. Even though I have questioned this with several so-called customer service people and told initially this was only 8 replacement filters, worth $209?, then told I would receive something even better, nothing, even though clearly stated on my invoice. They remove negative reviews from the website and the massively inflatable cost they advertise before a so-called promotion is unbelievable. Please do a search before purchasing this as there are so many equivalent products available at nowhere near the cost and most have a water level indicator on the front of the bowl. The Flowzy does not, making it extremely frustrating having to lift the top to check the water level all the time and water goes everywhere. I am following this up with Consumer Protection as a matter of principle as they are a complete scam job but don't want others to experience the appalling customer service and, in the end, very over inflated price from Flowzy.

Customer service is appalling, basically non-existent. I purchased the Flowzy during the supposed Halloween sale, being promised a "mystery gift" which to my excitement, was to the same value of the purchase price. The promotion did say you could receive a second Flowzy. Delivery and tracking said 2 items, arrived yesterday and only 1 item. Have tried to email - no response, tried the so-called chat that says they are online - after almost an hour - no response. Haven't set it up yet so can't comment on how it works, however my mother ordered a second one which arrived last week and was faulty - pump didn't work. Same experience with customer service until finally they agreed to send a replacement pump after making her send a video of it not working. Happy for all those who have had a good experience with this company but be very aware if something goes wrong and their so-called promotions are garbage. Next stop, Consumer Protection.

Bartholomew is a Basset (read big booger dog on short legs!), his water bowl was a high maintenance bowl. Flowzy Water Fountain is amazing. He is drinking more water and there are not major goobers. Having said that, I think that I will be going through filters more often but that is fine. I highly recommend! Great communication, easy to read instructions, overall a great product!

The flowzy was soooo good that both my kids STOLE them for themselves! I need more

It was brilliant, until it needed charging. Then it totally stopped working!!

Bowl arrived speedily, pump was broken out of the box. Troubleshooting and speaking with support have not fixed the issue. I have filed multiple warranty claims (have 3 years warranty) and have received no communication. Currently have a $200 oversized waterdish
