A total scam. Avoid!!!
Ordered November and no sign of order despite apologies and promises.

SCAM SCAM SCAM i stupidly didn't read the reviews available online before ordering this item from officialfresh juicer back in November 2024 and they are not replying to any contact. if anyone knows the whereabouts of the location they work from please put it out there.

Scam ordered 2 in November. Still not arrived even after numerous emails . Cheaters and scammers I’m amazed they are allowed to get way with it.

Ordered in November & despite being promised delivery time after time, still waiting nearly 8 weeks later.
Opened a claim with PayPal a couple of weeks ago.
DO NOT PART WITH YOUR MONEY ITS AN OBVIOUS SCAM.

If I could put 0 stars i would, been well over a month, get told everytime I will recieve tracking number but it doesn't come. I have put a request for refund in via PayPal.

Despicable! I have just read the reviews & feel stupid for not checking them before. I’ve order 3 juicers 4 weeks ago & still nothing. I have also emailed & been told I’ll receive a tracking number & should get my products soon, we’ll see.

Ordered on 18th November. Today is 16th December and the item has not been received and I doubt ever will be. Shop app is showing the order status as "Preparing order" as it has been for the last 4 weeks. I've emailed twice with no acknowledgement and expect I'll be £31.50 down forever.

I ordered 2 juicers 1st December as Christmas presents but they have not arrived and no updates about the delivery. I wish I had read the reviews before buying.
I feel robbed as paid almost £60. I have emailed today so hopefully will receive a response but very much doubt it as it seems to be a scam.

SCAM Do NOT BUY Ordered over 2 weeks ago and the money has been taken from my account. Have tried emailing but no response and no goods received.
I will now be contacting my bank and trading standards as this is clearly a fraudulent company

Ordered this 6 weeks ago (without checking reviews) wish i had as this company is obviously fraudulent!. I have been told 4 times now that i will receive tracking info and they are working hard with Royal mail to get my order out to me but nothing.

Please DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!. it is a scam.

I ordered the juicer in August and after having to send them 2 emails it finally arrived. It is a fun little juicer, nice and compact. It works well. Just such a long time to wait for it.

I ordered this juicer in September, nothing has arrived and no response about status. Don't bother ordering, I am amazed that this company is allowed to continue trading. Fresh juicer official at least respond to your customers here

Ordered months ago. Emailed last month and was told it had just been shipped and fobbed me off with a free juicer book, which is ironic as I don't have a juicer to use any of the recipes!
I would avoid this company until they can improve their supply chain!
Very disappointed!

Order in August, unable to make any contact and get a refund. They do not reply to any emails.

SCAM- I ordered at the end of August and money has been taken out of my account but no further notifications about order and no sign of delivery. Will be reporting to bank for Fraud

SCAM ! I would give less than 1 if possible, ordered 4 @ total of £118.96 back on 22nd August. Not heard anything, no replies, cannot get through on the number. See on Temu that same thing is about £4 !! ..and frankly it would come from China faster! Do not buy from this company that advertises on Instagram :(

Waited 2 months for mine still not arrived. Company not responding. Scam company.

Waited a month, keep being told it will be delivered next week but never arrives. Would not recommend- definitely a scam company.

I would give this company no stars at all e mailed numerous times as it is faulty all I want is a refund !no reply
