Very professional CV and very serviceable staff.

I cannot praise The Fuller CV team enough. I could see I was in good hands with expert professionalism evident from my first contact, right the way through to a timely completion. The whole process was clear and finely tuned.

What impressed me most was the degree to which their consultant, specialising in my field, in a highly focused one-to-one review, deftly challenged my preconceptions of what a curriculum vitae can be. Well since the 16 th June 2014 I applied for about 20 jobs with my own CV, ten when I had the CV made by this company I applied for 3 jobs was asked to attend interviews for all 3 vacancies with different company's and to my astonishment I was offered all 3 jobs on the spot so I decided to go for the one I've been forking for the last 3 weeks , to day I had a call from one of those two companies that I turned dawn and offered me another job with them on a 42 hours a week and a £1.00 an hour extra from what I'm earning happy days, so my advice is yes at first you think it's expensive but in the end it paid off.

When I first contacted the company, they where quick to respond and took time to explain what they did, how they did it and what I'd recieve in the outcome.

Jeff conducted the phone interview, he was very professional and helpful understanding my needs and what i wanted to achieve. The phone call was 1 hour long and my CV was covered in depth during this time.

I recived the finished producted 5 days later, the result was excellent. I would recommend this company and service.

My cv was good but I expected more for what I payed. I've applied for loads of places since and I am still yet to get any interviews or even acknowledgement.

I really needed my CV re-writing so paid for one of their consultants to take a look at it and re-write as necessary. I got in touch with them to book an appointment for one of their consultants to contact me. I was then called on the day pretty much to the exact second to the appointment time! We discussed my qualifications, experience and what I would be looking for in the future, and the consultant took that information away to return a CV to me in a week or so. It arrived promptly and was pretty much exactly what I was looking for. They'd written a personal profile for me which described me perfectly which I just could not do and had picked out and highlighted particular skills which I would not have thought to do. The cost seemed expensive at the time but I guess it was worth it. After issuing this CV I was contacted for more interviews than before for jobs that I actually wanted. I then was offered a job for much more money than I was on previously in a role that I wanted. Obviously securing the job was down to me, but I wouldn't have had that chance had my CV not interested them or was relevant to the role I wanted. I'd have given them five stars but they'd got the dates of my qualifications wrong and on a couple of cases oversold my role on things I had been involved in, but had not spearheaded so I had to make a few minor adjustments. Other than that I'd recommend this service to others.

Very pleased with the overall process - I had the opportunity to speak with the proposed CV writer in advance, and was impressed with his knowledge of my industry. The end result was a great CV. Although there is no "magic" formula to the perfect CV I was happy with the opportunity to review my top level skills and experience and the CV prepared for me needed just a couple of tweaks before I was happy to use it for all of my future applications.

I decided to get Fuller CV to do my CV for me after speaking with one if their sales people. He was very knowledgeable and critiqued my CV very well, so I had high hopes. The CV arrived very quickly after I had completed the questionnaire, which was good service, and the content is good, I would say that I think the price is a bit high, but it is a better CV than I had written so will hopefully have a better result.

I found that the sales representative gave better advice then the actual CV writer and this made me rather disappointed. What you get is only a rewritten CV nothing else, no connections to relevant headhunters and if you want a cover-letter it's going to cost you more. It's simply too much money when your out of a job. I'm sure you can get just as good a CV for less somewhere else. The next time I get my CV rewritten I'll check out the market first.

put into words what i found difficult to say about myself

Before having my CV done I was getting nowhere. Since the fuller CV did it i get to the interviews. I spoke with a lovely lady who specialised in financial services, she just knew how to word my experience to ensure it caught the attention of the recruiters. When ever i go for a job now i will always put my CV through these guys first. i even recommended it to my sister- you only recommended family when its really great!
