Lovely shop and lovely customer experience. There are more products in the shop than on the website so definately worth visiting. The staff don't follow you around like they do in other chains, they welcome you and allow you to ask questions if you need but allow you take your time considering all the products available and don't hover. I highly recommend this shop.
Unimpressed by the big furniture chain stores, we were looking for a three seater sofa, and found this local Witney supplier: helpful and informative, nothing too much trouble, and they had what we wanted! Delivery was exactly when they said it would be, the old unit taken away - very pleased with our new sofa
