Ordered a double egg chair on 2nd of June haven't received it.Tried ringing the number and it is not recognised. Tried contacting online nobody there for last 3 days.Can only assume that it's a fake company and a scam

Please welcome the latest person to fall prey to this scammer!!
I placed an order a few days ago.
Website looks genuine. Received email to say my order had been received and received an order number.
4 days later no word, 7days later tried ringing!! Number not recognised. No reply to emails! Thought i was clever when it comes to scammers - usually sniff them out but recovering from major surgery has clearly taken my eye off the ball!! Last thing i need at the moment but that's the problem with scammers - get more money from doing what they do rather than getting a real job and they don't care how or who they scam.
I have contacted my bank Halifax who deemed it fir for them to make me leave it another 15 days before I can dispute this transaction. And then the bank sai it would take upto another 35x days gor them to investigate the dispute and transaction. I informed them that this site and company is a scam and have sent them links to back up my evidence, but yet again the banks side with the scammers and deem it fit to let them have the money.
I thought the banks were there to help!!! The banking system is worse than the scammers, so the scammers will have our money for nearly 1 x month before I get any chance of getting it back!!!

I ordered an egg chair . Then I read reviews which I should off done before ordering . I have reported you to Klarna so hopefully you don’t get my money . Too good to be true scam company

P S I have informed my credit card company about this ' alleged ' fraud. They are looking into ALL of the transactions that have been received by your company, ( via credit card ) payments and more importantly, what has not been delivered, because there are a lot of disgruntled customers that have NOT been reimbursed

Six weeks still no delivery and no commu cation...rogue company...Will be reporting trading standards

Bought a hammock from this company 5 months ago. Used it this summer. It fell apart. I requested a replacement. The firm offered a 15% discount on a new one. I declined this. I had no confidence that the quality would be any better. Similar items, bought elsewhere, have lasted 5 years. Their QA and customer service is totally inadequate and unacceptable. I would NOT recommend doing business with this firm.
