Over priced

The tale as old as time afternoon experience was such a let down. We were put right in the corner of the restaurant on a very cramped table. The table next to us had a child in a high chair and push chair. By the time I managed to get my disabled mother sat down it was impossible to move. I did say to the staff member my mother has mobility issues can we sit on a more open table. This request was met with a blank face. The food was poor. Soup in a tiny dish that was served with a tea spoon. More onion than anything else. The tea was served in huge coffee pots which were so heavy you could hardly lift them. The table next to us had a pretty themed tea pot. I assume they were regulars. The tea cups were in fact espresso cups. All in all very expensive for poor service and food. Saving grace was the male manager who made us feel welcome.

Misleading Information on Website - BEWARE!!!

Ordered a water feature worth £499. Website said free delivery to UK mainland and within 3-5 business days. Day 5 so enquired as to when I would receive my item. Got passed from pillar to post and eventually spoke to Marketing Director who told me it was collection only!!! Refused to honour what they’d advertised, changed their website, cancelled my order! Now awaiting refund.
Very disappointing and poor customer service. Be careful when ordering anything! The reality of the services that are advertised are very different to when you place an order!!
