We ordered an electric garage door from this dreadful outfit to replace our old one. We were time limited and were talked out of buying the hormann due to the lead times. We were pushed towards another brand at the same cost. He promised he could do it on time so we didnt question the price.
Obviously the owner had his mind more on his holiday and less on customer service and the commitment they had made us, as he forgot to order our time critical door until three weeks after our order went in and did absolutely nothing to help rectify the situation. The door was three weeks later than we had been promised which held us up putting our home on the market. We have no issues with the door or paying, but we expected some form of goodwill as a discount as this mistake was not ours. They wouldnt pick up the phone or respond when we asked them. Instead their accounts assistant offered that they come and remove the door using strong arm tactics. Do not use.
