Helpful in shop. Organising delivery and set up of the console table which I am very grateful for!

This was my second order both times I had super fast delivery with a day or two (based in Dublin) and if you email customer service they get back to you straight away.

Product served fine , but the amount of packing was ridiculous endless bubble wrap and cardboard let alone the size of the box it came in , in total it filled my entire recycling bin

The picnic basket I ordered for my Goddaughters engagement present arrived promptly and the happy couple were delighted with it.

Placed another order, ordered on Saturday last week and received it today! Very well packed so happy with everything. Didn't receive a track & trace but thought all would be well and it was! Still waiting on my other order from another website from the UK i wrote about last time. And have already received my new order from gift & art gallery. Will continue to order my royal albert things here instead of on its own website.

Great, super good communication and excellent shipping. Was sent on Monday and arrived on Saturday (to the Netherlands). They wrapped everything super well and everything was in order for customs. I have ordered something else from the uk from another webshop, but it's been three weeks and still havent received it due to lack of paperwork sent by the company. So extra happy with the gift & art gallery how smooth everything went!!!

The picture I ordered is really lovely and I will be looking in future for any similar to the one I bought. Delivery was very Buick and packed securely.

excellent fast delivery, product was cheaper here than elsewhere. Only thing I would suggest is more information in descriptions, product bought was kettle. Needed to contact store for litres held, would be more convenient to have info there for times when store shut etc. But again, just small issue/suggestion
