They mark cards for fraud and make purchasers jump through inconvenient hoops
Immediately marked an activated card as fraudulent activity. Customer service said a backend team needs 2 business days to review and the likely only recourse is to mail a new gift card which defeated the whole purpose of purchasing a virtual card, or send a refund CHECK and I'm out the fee while trying to track a check in the mail, and we have no gift card. Unable to refund card I purchased it on. Extremely inconvenient and negative experience. The CS phone line you call into feel scammy in nature.This practice of shutting down a card so quickly comes off like a strategy to scam money for the purchase fee or hope people never cash their check or follow up on their mailed gift card.

It works the way you would expect it to work. It's not confusing. They really get the gift card by email (if you chose that option). The service is basic, which is exactly what you want when making a basic purchase. I use this site every couple of months and it just works, which is all I really need it to do when buying someone a gift card lol

absolutely horrible!
absolutely horrible! Tryin use cards and they keep getting declined! Called customer service NO HELP! The only help they could offer is try using your card somewhere else! huh! They make it impossible to access funds! couldn't even pace an order through Amazon! Do not use this service! Not worth the frustration! Basically they took $600 and Can't be accessed.

Pending funds/awful customer service
My funds have been on pending hold for 24 days with absolutely no tracking or visibility. When I contact customer service, they are completely unhelpful. They repeatedly tell me that it is "impossible" to look up the transaction, claim no one is available to help, and insist the issue cannot be investigated. Freezing a customer's money for nearly a month and then claiming you have no way to even look it up is completely unacceptable. Avoid this company.

Terrible Customer Service and UX
I received an e-gift card and tried to use it today. Because I re-opened the link, my card got put on hold.
I waited on the phone for over 25 minutes (the phone number btw was impossible to find), and the person on the phone could not reverse the hold or tell me if the purchases I already made will cause an issue with the vendors.
Then she told me to call back in two weeks on July 6th to request my refund. I asked for this in writing and she said there was no ability to email me what we spoke about over the phone, so no paper trail. She refused to let me speak with a manager.
