Got chucked for complaining about parking
The Glassworks is highly recommended by friends, and I asked for a quote and then had some follow up emails.
I arranged to go into their showroom - twice, but both times was balked by their customer parking being blocked by vans or the gate being closed.
I complained and they just withdrew my quote.
That's a great pity, but there we are.
I spoke with Wayne today as I had a bit of crisis.
Wayne dealt problem within a few minutes.
