Bought a bottle of wine for a friend's…

Bought a bottle of wine for a friend's birthday. It was beautiful and my friend was really pleased with it. It arrived on time and well packed. Really excellent service with lots of gifts to choose from, will definitely be buying from them again.

Gift Sets

Have ordered two gift sets, one prosecco, one cava with personalized glasses in the last couple of months. Both arrived as stated and both sets were perfect. Recipients were both delighted with their gifts. Thank you. Excellent service from start to finish.

Disappointed to say the least

Disappointed to say the least. Be careful what you order the descriptions on the website is extremely mid-leading.

I ordered a personalised glass that looked as if it should’ve been a prosecco glass (as I selected a bottle of prosecco to go with it), and ended up with an unwanted wine glass.

A very expensive £35 for something I didn’t ask for. The vendor will not rectify the problem either.

Do not buy from this vendor!

We are sorry to learn that you assumed this would be supplied with a prosecco/champagne flute as nowhere in the description does it say that, nor do any of the photos show that - in fact, seven of the photos are prosecco with the large wine glass, exactly as you ordered and received.

Great products and customer service

I have order twice and will again. The second time I ordered two glasses arrived smashed but the team worked quick and gave me replacements within a few days meaning I could give the complete gift to my mum for her birthday. The sets look great and both times my family member have been pleased with their gift. Will be ordering again soon.
