The Global Payback 

I can’t thank The Global Payback enough. I fell victim to SMS fraud. Looking back, it was so foolish of me to click that link and give them my credit card details. With the aid of this company, though, by now I managed to get most of my money back. They are still working on recovering the rest of it. Considering their conduct so far, I’m optimistic!

The Global Pay Back definitely a company that knows it's way around Forex scams - they retrieved most of my funds. and that's great. Just want to mention that it took about 8 months.

I have no doubt the Global pay back did a good job with my case. The process took a long time but eventually, I got my refund. Nevertheless, I think they could have made this procedure shorter. I feel as if the period of time till I got my money back was a bit too loathly.

Another company praying on those already scammed.
I was scammed via sending Crypto to a fake exchange.
They promised the ability to trace and track down the culprit (location and send police/legal documents) to pressure the scammer into returning funds.
None of this was true.
First payment was for so-called "mastercard" tool to trace the crypto funds. (They couldn't tell me the application nor name).
Second payment was meant to be retainer costs so that further action could be taken. They pressured me into accepting as they said it was urgent to act quickly and called me multiple times when I didn't agree straight away.

Once payment was made, there was no urgency, slow response and once again, no information about the true process.

The actual truth is I got scammed again. The only service they provided was a trace of some of the crypto funds and advice. (lodge with local governing authorities).

Since I got a victim of scum for the fraudulent of quanta trade my life is ruin I can't sleep I keep thinking the money I got lose for a professional scummer that money is belong to my family, thanks to global payback to their honest and trusty work for my case I got a peace of mind I believe they can get my money back and my life to become a normal again keep up the great job global payback.

Unfortunately this is a SCAM. I wouldn't give any star if possible. I stupidly trusted David, Anton and his team to get back the 35,000 that was taken from my company through paypal. I was told that my case was an easy case and I would have my money back in around 12 weeks. I run a business buying and selling goods online. The reason i lost 35k was due to Paypal creating a new rule in 2020 that they do not cover for resale items. So the goods were received back to the seller and Paypal allowed them to also keep my money. This was a very upsetting time for me. Global payback call you a lot at the start, video calling and keep contacting you to pursue you to pay for your case only to get your money and then there is no update for months and months. After waiting around 6 months i received email saying then can not help my case. I was even told me to speak to an elderly lady called Barbra to reassure you, this all part of their scam to try to build trust. The fact that global payback then scammed me of a further 2,500 is disgusting.

Do not believe the reviews on here or trust pilot, they are not real reviews from clients, they have a team of people/family giving fake reviews. I would advise anyone to stay away from this company and not loose any more money. If you have the instinct that they are a scam, trust yourself.

I got scam and lost money, Julia and Dan are very helpful to help me get my money back. The amount that I get is below what I expected but I am sure they did their best and their services are much appreciated.

This is another scam . They promised me to get my money refunded . I paid them their fee but no body called me back .

Having been the victim of an investment scam and having lost ALL our life savings, we were not sure about trying to find someway to recoup those losses. It is not easy trying to accept that you have been such a naive banana and ready for the mashing. However we have put our trust (and the last of our pension…..no 2nd helpings for the rest of the year) in this company.
To date they have recovered part of the loss from one of our accounts, and are steadily working on the second account. I accept that the whole process may take some time, but the handling by Julia has been exemplary and we couldn’t ask for more.
Let’s hope that the bulk of the loss can be recovered. In the meantime I have no hesitation in recommending this company if you have been in the same banana bunch as I.

Why charge people a huge amount of money, unemployed due to Covid19 been scammed of all their money. Just feel uncertain about this if this company is not another scam

If you've been scammed, don't get scammed again by these guys. I signed a contract and paid them up front more than four months ago. After a month they came back to me with no updates and asked for more money. I asked to see any results and none was provided. After four months they provided no help whatsoever, so I asked for a refund which was refused. My advice is to stay away from these incompetents and don't pay anything up front.

Global Payback were very hands on and
knew their stuff about the online fraud I got involved with.
I was a bit concerned about the payment up front rather than payment on results but it worked out well as I won an Financial Ombudsman case against my bank and got half my funds
back.
All in all a good service .

This company shares infromation with Payback LTD as I never gave them one of my emails. They somehow sent me emails. I never spoke with them and they send an email that I did.

Do not get associated with them! They are scammer.

ETA Yeah not going to happen. I do not want you to keep harassing me. Also the fact that your first reaction is to dispute my comment just showed me what a fraudulent company you are.

I was dealing with the Global Payback way back to September in 2021, after I told them what scam I had and they promised me that the chance they could get the money back for me for more than 93%, I belived what they said and paid the money unfront of course, its almost a year and I have told they couldnt claim the money back for me, I lost another amount of money.
The experience I had is be careful for the company you are going to deal with, dont pay larger amount of money upfront in case you will lose it all.

My File is still under process
I hope to receive all but if not at least 70% of my funds that I have lost due to the scammers. My case has been in the process for at least 9 months now, so I hope there is a great result, which will allow me to be at ease.

So my long story short, The Global Paybacks helped me greatly to return my lost found. However, it took quite a while - 6 months to be accurate. I’m not a lawyer, but I believe this could have been done faster. I’m a bit short on money, so…....

My experience with The global payback is very promising so far , they are well informative and assistive in providing the best solution to get my fund back . Anton soroko is very efficient in dealing with clients and I am so far happy with their service. Awaiting a positive results now, detail review will be followed once the process is over .
