Extremely Slow To Refund

I ordered a red jacket from this site but when it arrived the colour was much duller than expected so I returned it. They received it on the 18th September but didn't start to issue my refund until the 30th, leaving me unable to find a replacement elsewhere in time. It's cost me nearly £8 in postage to try on a badly photographed jacket.This is their standard length of time to process refunds, so either be very sure of the product you order or have a LOT of time to spare, I'm still waiting for my refund :-( their attitude seems to be that the customer is always wrong and to send me emails telling me their slow service is in the small print on their site, other companies would apologise!
