Can’t understand all these 5 star reviews. The customer service is appalling. No reply to two emails, wrong tracking number given, late delivery. I can’t comment on the quality of the contents of the hamper as it has not arrived but however good they may turn out to be, I will never use this company again.
Update. Box arrived today, only three days late. One of the items expires the day after tomorrow. Not worth it, so the contents have not redeemed the dire customer service. Other hamper suppliers are much superior to this.

I dealt with The Great Charcuterie company at Christmas and received an incredible service. It is only when things don't quite work out that you realise what kind of service a company really offers. The courier failed to deliver a wheel of cheese I needed delivered by a certain date. I contacted the Great Charcuterie company and explained the situation. Spoke to Martyn who was very apologetic and promised he would post another wheel of cheese straight away for a next day delivery. I was a bit dubious as it was 3 days before Christmas but he kept to his words and I received my order on time for my event. Very difficult to serve a Raclette without the main ingredient so Martyn, thank you , you saved the day. I was totally impressed by your no fuss attitude , your friendliness, your professionalism and of course your cheese which was very fresh and excellent!!

Really, really, great customer service. There were a few hiccups with our order, but the speed and manner in which they were rectified was second to none. I'd definitely re-order from them and would highly recommend.

I ordered The Great British Artisan Luxury Hamper for my father's birthday. It arrived promptly and I'm told the products are fantastic. The real reason for this review, however, is the outstanding customer service I received. One particular member of staff (Phil) definitely went above and beyond and no matter what time of the day I sent an email, I received a response! Superb customer service and highly recommended.
