I placed an order through a Maisons du Monde store and retailer is this very store. I ordered Christmas balls despite the fact that they had not yet arrived I am already leaving a negative review for the customer service as not only did they ship to the store address and not the home address I provided, they also responded to me saying that I have to go pick up the package at a closer stop point, so not only did I pay the shipping cost I have to go pick up the package in another municipality. Instead of helping me to release the storage and change the delivery address, their response was this “ it's really frustrating, look for a closer pdp”

100% scam, I ordered an indoor greenhouse, which should have been new. Instead I received a product that shows has obvious signs of wear and tear: some pieces are torn apart, the glass is dirty and unglued from the frame, the handles are falling off, the hinges are crooked, the wood is stained by water. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL
