I recieved my order within 2 days and wasn't expecting much. How wrong was I, superb hedge cutter and what a product for such a reasonable price, will definitely buy again. Light weight and easy to use even with my bad fingers.

Great friendly service from the outset.
Amelia in customer services was fantastic and answered all my questions and tracked my order to ensure it was correct and processed promptly.
I had regular updates on the delivery date.
Martin delivered the ride on lawnmower at the agreed time and did an excellent handover and demonstration.
The lawnmower came with oil and fuel in it- so ready to go (unlike other manufacturers).
Cannot fault the excellent service I have been given.

Excellent communications, and a very impressive delivery arriving a day early! Had a small delivery issue with a scuff on the mower, which was quickly corrected without any fuss and a replacement part arrived within a few days. Can not fault this company for their customer service and most excellent products. Will, without any doubt be back and purchase from them again. Highly recommended.
