For a place named The Grill

For a place named The Grill, one should expect good grilled meat, but this was the driest flavorless meat I have tried in years. It's not cheap, but definitely some of the worst buffets I have tried ever ind denmark. If the price was 99 kr. It would have been acceptable, but this is just NOT worth it.

Went to the grill yesterday and was served by a person named Hary the pizza was very tasty and very nice great customer service and very helpful staff member and very friendly service and great price for the pizza please go along and u won't be disappointed

THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTUMORS UNFORTUNATELY🤢
If i have the opportunity to give them (-5) stars i would do it.
Very bad service, discusting food, very cheap och soooo expensive to pay for a junk food.
I habe been there on the mothers day bcz my family want to celebrate this day in this restaurang and when we came they put us in a table there was so high noise and i have already headack and we ask politely if they can move our table to another table so they told us that all the restaurant was full boked but in real it was only 10% booked. So we ask to book off our reservation but they said that we should pay full whatever😡😡I became really angry but for my kids i changed my mood and decide to eat there bcz whatever😡 we should pay 1300kr for there junkfood.
They said also that mothers can eat for free in this day but we pay 😡

It is unfortunate if you found it very noisy in our restaurant; we aim to provide our guests with a good atmosphere and experience.

Regarding the food, we would love to hear more, especially about the payment, as mothers, as you mentioned, eat for free on Mother’s Day if they are members of our Max'Club.

It was awful 😖

We was in restoran in Esbjerg. It was awful 😖, we paid 370 dkk for person for buffet, it is the price without drinks! it is not cheap, and food was not fresh. And there was a lot of dust around and the smell of burnt food . Not recommend

Thank you for your review, although we want our guests to have a good experience when they visit our centers.

During this period, we serve a special Christmas buffet, Big Time Julebuffet. And in addition to new various dishes in the buffet, we in the weekends also have live music, which is included in the price and therefore the price is DKK 369,- per person. Where our normal prices at the weekends for the Big Time Grillbuffet are DKK 249,- per person.

But of course the food must be fresh and not smell as if it has been burnt. I will pass your criticism on to the manager in our center in Esbjerg.
