Title: Terrible Customer Service & Unfair Refund Policy! Avoid This Place!
"I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and the cancellation process at this establishment. I requested a membership cancellation due to medical reasons and provided all the necessary documentation.
However, they are using weak and unacceptable excuses to avoid refunding my money. They claimed my name didn't match perfectly, completely ignoring that my registered email, phone number, date of birth, and membership ID are all identical to the documentation provided. Furthermore, the payment was made directly from my personal bank account, which I offered to prove with a bank statement, but they still refuse to cooperate.
This is a clear attempt to delay and hold onto customers' money unfairly. The staff is unhelpful, and the procedures are designed to complicate refunds rather than help members. I would strongly advise everyone to think twice before joining this place. Their professionalism disappears the moment you ask for a refund!

Nice clean, quieter than suggested gym-but not for me. it’s all a bit cramped, no private facility in the changing room except for the shower or the toilet to get changed. went once won’t be returning

Excellent gym, cleanest gym I've been to. A good range equiptment and a good variety of classes. All staff are really welcoming, friendly, approachable and helpful.

I've had a few PTs in my time but Jack Conway is hands down the best I've had.

Excellent gym been coming since it opened. Big shout out to Pt Ali for starting me on my fitness journey would definitely recommend him and the gym group Accrington to fam and friends 👍

An exceptionally friendly and clean gymn with a good choice of classes at various times of the day. The equipment is looked after and kept in very good condition. Instructors are keen to support, encourage and push that little bit if needed but also make the classes fun.

I’ve joined a lot of gyms over the years and honestly can’t recommend gym group enough.
The instructors are so helpful and knowledgeable.
Everyone is so welcoming and supportive.. great classes and lots of top equipment.
