Equipment poorly maintained and staff lazy in Ashford Kent branch. The Paington in Devon branch is complete opposite with excellent staff and equipment in a great condition.

Great gym in Ashford
Great gym in Ashford, price is unbeatable. The staff are great, really helpful. I think the managers name is Justin, he was really helpful. A credit to the Gym Group

Best gym membership I’ve had in 30 years
I’ve been a member for around 10 years. Excellent equipment. Trainers are friendly, professional and helpful. The gym is clean. Best value gym membership I’ve ever had 👍🏼

Always feel welcome when I go to the gym, the staff are so friendly and helpful.
Lots of equipment to use to help me get the beat possible workout, always clean and tidy, would definitely never go to another gym.

The best gym in Ashford !! It’s the only gym I’ll ever use in Ashford, all the staff are so welcoming and caring and always make sure the place is clean and tidy. The gym has great equipment and a good amount of it !!
