Aviod this gym as it is selling people's data on. Within 1 month of joining the gym group I received a letter from sports England aka goverment, requesting more information then another when I didn't fill it out. I mentioned this to staff when cancelling membership but didn't comment.

Gym Cheltenham is also one of cleanest I've experienced out of the group.

Fantastic Gym
Really good gym, open 24 hours, everyone there is really supportive and there to help you. There are many classes available and there is an abundance of machines so you are almost never waiting on a machine.

What's important to me
I'm a regular gym goer, and it's important to me that I can get good access to their wide variety of equipment when I'm there. My favourite times rarely find a problem with that.
The equipment is first class and always well maintained, the gym is always clean and the regular staff and personal trainers are always friendly and helpful.
I've been pleased to pass my recommendation on to friends or acquaintances that have asked, and will continue to do so.

Always been happy with this gym
Sadly my special needs son lost his credit card so it was cancelled there for his monthly subscription lapsed at the gym so they cancelled his membership even though they had my telephone no
So to rejoin him it cost more a month and even more for the entry code on a mobile to gain entry which he has to use because of his difficulties
Very disappointed ☹️

Very good gym, relaxing environment and very friendly staff. Also good new equipment. Interesting classes - I recommend.

Lovely clean, tidy and well maintained gym. The PTs are friendly and approachable and there is a good selection of classes to attend. Just what I want after serval years and a lock down not attending a gym. Keep up the good work!

Lack of equipments
Lack of equipments, what worst if that customer have to bring their own bicep curl straight rod, and close v-grip for working back.
I would not recommend anyone this branch.

All good apart from I’m having to…
All good apart from I’m having to remind people to wipe equipment down after use. This happens between 6:20 and 7:40-my usual gym time. I feel the staff should be on this.
