Amazing classes with Andrea
Amazing classes with Andrea. Her approach makes workouts enjoyable.

BOILER ISSUES CONSTANTLY
Hartlepool gym overall really nice place to go. But has one major fault. Boiler constantly broken therefore no hot water for shower. Have raised issue over several months if there is any staff around give impression you being unreasonable.

God help if you're disabled, prepare to be discriminated against
Had my membership restricted because I wanted to use the door instead of those ridiculous pods to get in and out of....
Apparently the door is restricted to those with medical conditions, thus as i hadnt checked the box at the beginning of my membership that I was "disabled", I had to have a meeting with the gym manager in order to use the gym facilities....
never in my entire life have i heard such tosh..... requested a complaint to be put to the manager....... nothing....

The staff make this gym what it is!!
Can I just give the young manager a shout out? What a credit to your organisation he is!! Patiently stood with a group of us the other day discussing the gym in its current state, what’s coming this year etc. Went out of his way to have a positive discussion with us and take feedback on board, I just wish I got his name!

24 Hours a day.
Always clean , friendly staff and open 24 hours a day ! The one thing I miss is the little coffee shop that used to be open.

Good gym staff
Good gym staff. They are all nice and friendly, always talk to me when I’m in. The machines are a bit old but the staff explained they’re due a refurb this year!! Can’t wait, it’ll be the best gym in the area by a country mile with new equipment!

Over all the The Gym is a good place to train, spacious a good variety off machines and free weights but some of the benches and machines need to be maintained.

Good budget gym
The gym staff are brilliant. They really make you feel welcome and try to help as much as possible.
The facilities are okay, be much better when they replace the equipment!

The gym is fine
The gym is fine , has all you need, however from experience of using other gyms other the years , Bannatyne Total Fitness Rainbow Southlands all in Middlesbrough , staff need to be more friendly rather than just walk around .they could pop over to members have a chitchat about the day your session general chitchat as that's what makes people smile..Interaction

The classes are my favourite
The classes are my favourite as I need that push and encouragement to work out. Instructors are very good too and make me want to keep coming back. I love the variety of workouts in classes.
