I’m really happy with my experience
I’m really happy with my experience at this gym. The facilities are always clean and well-maintained, and there’s a great variety of equipment so I never have to wait long to use a machine. The atmosphere is friendly and motivating, and the staff are always helpful and approachable. The membership offers good value for money, and the opening hours are very convenient for my schedule. Overall, this gym meets all my expectations and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to work out.

Poor staff service
Poor staff service, also individual enquiries don't get dealt with, I'm still waiting for a response about a concern I had a week ago. I've also received an email about my pin being used 'again' and a warning, however I don't have any details about this hence leaving me with inconvenience and anxiety. Last time this happened I was made to wait in an office, then laughed at and made to feel like I've stolen something, and the staff member who dealt with me initially showed no emotional empathy. This gym is very impersonal and treats you like a product.
