I am trying to cancel my subscription and I can't get into my account. I have tried several times to reset the password and the login will not take it. I have tried to contact the company and received a scripted email back. This company is not worth the time.

IT IS A GHOST COMPANY - STAY AWAY

I had a terrible experience with this platform. I spent hours reading all the things they tell you to read to be successful. But in reality, it is just a database of info that might be correct or not, you will never know because you do not get an answer from anyone. BEWARE: there are hidden costs if you want a campaign you need to pay extra, obviously. So not very transparent. Moreover, you get automated emails from the CEO Elly Stancliffe asking you how you are, and if you need any help not to hesitate to get in touch. I did ... many times, at least I tried, and I also contact her over LinkedIn... she is a ghost too. There is nobody there to help you. I have all emails to back my claims because I am sure once the review goes live probably the only person that works there will be forced to reply, but s/he might be on holiday and probably won't. Do not waste your money on it. They are not there to provide you a service, they are there just to take your money.

Many thanks for your feedback. I received your linkedin email to which I responded promptly. As per my reply and our terms, users need to raise a ticket via our online support when loggedin , this is so things never slip through the net and we have a clear ticket raised and linked to your query. In terms of the automated emails, you are correct , we send members a series of automated emails helping them with the onboarding of the platform and useful guides and tips , these are not manual for obvious reasons.

In terms of our support via zen desk we respond to all tickets within 3 working days. If you reach out via another method such as email or linkedin response times will be longer.

In terms of hidden costs, as per my email which I personally sent you on the 31 August , there are no hidden costs. The campaigns are not available on our basic plan, and we do not market them as such.

If any further questions or concerns arise, please don't hesitate to reach out via our online support when logged into the platform

The worst service possible

This service does not reply nor seek to resolve issues. They do not communicate outside of automated replies especially when the platform has errors and they take money without response until the time has surpassed to recharge. Appalling in every sense. No receipts nor working direct number. The contacts in the resource themselves are not updated. We will be sharing this with industry and legal couterparts.
