2 Days ago I bought Calvin Klein obsession perfume and I couldn't be happier with the customer service. Alice assisted me via live chat, and she was incredibly helpful and friendly, answering all my questions with patience. Arrived in just 2 days and Price was unbeatable. AVOID!! Absolute scam! I purchased Apple airpods pro from this company back in Jan 2023. I thought it was a refurbished item hence the cheaper deal although no where on website stated it was new. One earbud would not recharge so went to Apple to fix & behold it is counterfeit even though it has got matching serial number etc!! Do not buy anything from this scam company!

I purchased airpods from this company and they broke without reason a few months after. These have a 1 year warranty that I have attempted to claim from this company however they have not responded at all to any emails and their contact number does not work.

After taking these to the apple store, they have confirmed that the airpods sold are not genuine.

Do not purchase airpods from this company if you want real airpods.

Here’s an update on the awful experience I have had with this company who sold me fake air pods. They have responded to my emails and issued me with what looked like a refund. However they were stringing me along as no refund was made. They are DESPICABLE - don’t buy from them.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE THEY ARE FRUADS! They sent me a poison dior perfume a fake one it was torn up and they won’t refund me the money! Awful awful awful people!

Bought a pair of Air pods Pro2 on January, but realized are fake, returned with special delivey on February but didn't get my money back. Sent few emails to them , messages but no answer. Disgusting

Fake AirPods Pro 2. They are a very very close fake, but non the less, they are not genuine. Serial number on the box matches the Airpods case, this also matches the serial on the Airpods themselves which is not as it should be, when connected to a phone a completely different serial is shown in settings, it also shows the warranty is expired, which is odd as AirPods Pro 2 have been out for less than a year. The Serial that is shown on the box has a slightly longer warranty.
Noise canceling function produces a loud hiss, without noise cancelation on the sound quality is adequate, microphone is unusable when used for called etc, the other person cannot make out any words said the quality is so poor.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

No one responds to queries, chatbot on site does not respond, contact number is not in use.

Warning - Purchased 2nd generation pencil for iPad - When received it was found to be a replica and not genuine.
Returned for refund - No response to e-mails, no refund received.

They supplied Apple air pods that had already been returned to Apple. They don't work as faulty. They don't respond to any forms of contact - email or using the contact form on the website. The phone number doesn't work.
They are clearly basically dishonest and have no concept of how to run a proper business.
They just want to take your money and run.

RUN A MILE - DONT TRUST THEM.

Scam company AVOID at all costs, they do not respond to emails sent and have no phone number they answer.

I have now contacted my fraud department for my credit card to recover my funds for a t shirt i ordered but has NEVER ARRIVED.

Also reported to the police to investigate this operation as it seems they now have many victims reading the reviews on here.

Until this operation is shut down please please avoid and don’t get lured in by the cheap prices, they are cheap for a reason as the goods are NEVER SENT OUT this company just takes your money.

I might add that it’s very strange how a company does not respond or apologise to all the negative feedback on this website and clearly shows the utter contempt they have for customers. It clearly is a scam with all the positive reviews left by either friends or work colleagues. The 1 star reviews give a much clearer story of the scam going on behind the scenes.

Am having to report the transaction with this company to the bank as after 3 weeks my item has not arrived, they don’t respond to emails or the online chat and their phone number doesn’t work. They don’t reply to Facebook messenger or to comments on their Facebook posts. Do not buy from here

never buy anything here, the goods are not delivered, the money is not returned, and the email will not be answered .... scammers!

Similar to previous reviews, I received the wrong item and am unable to get a response from the company regarding my order. They don’t respond to emails or Facebook messages, and their phone number is disconnected. My bank isn’t able to help me in this instance so I’m seeking assistance from the Citizens Advice Bureau to report the company.
