I recently received 3 months of Harmonica Cortisol. Been using approximately 2 weeks, notice heart palpitations, headaches, extreme fatigue. Stopped using contacted customer service asked for refund & wound mail back the two other products. No refund & said you knew what the ingredients were. How was I suppose to know what my allergies are prior to using product.
. Buyer beware!

They show an image of a Hohner Golden Melody version 1, and shipped out a version 2, which is junk.
They said I can ship the instrument back to the UK, and give me a refund, and the website photo would be corrected. Upon looking at the return authorization paper, referred to as an invoice, I thought the refund was for less then half of what I paid, and in British Pounds...(they said the amount was for customs and shipping purposes only. When I asked for a full refund they ghosted me, and became non-responsive. I offered to do an exchange for a more expensive harmonica, and pay the difference, and!
After many emails with personal insults towards me, I I was told I would receive a full refund, when they receive the instrument. I sent back the instrument, and they did refund me in full! But sending me an invoice declaring a value on a item that has been lowered for the sole purpose of lowering the shipping cost is a crime, according to US Customs and Border Protection!, It is considered a false statement, and you have to sign the Declaration papers... so you the buyer are responsible, and could potentially become the subject of an investigation. They also stated in one of their emails, that they would tell every distributor and retailer they know, exactly what kind of horrible customer I am, and that they would erg businesses not to sell me product! Wow!

I bumped them from one star to 3, because they did change the photo on their website, and I did receive a full refund in the end, after a lot of hassle, insults, and wasted time!

I changed my mind about an order and it was not a problem. Very fast response and unbiased help. Probably the best company you can deal with.

Had the harp I needed and it arrived the next day.

Excellent service. Timely, delivery, congenial and supportive staff. Harmonica's are in excellent condition. I have recently purchased two Syedel 1847, very pleased with them.

I was contacted to discuss a delay with an order, and Jonathon suggested a different (and better choice and cheaper) model. Although not an inexperienced musician I am very out-of-practice (by about 50 years) with the harmonica, so looking forward to playing!

Suggestion: Inform customer of courier name and tracking code immediately, to avoid mishaps with multiple courier scams prevalent at the moment.

A few years ago I decided to update and expand my collection, when I found the Harmonica company website I was impressed with the large selection and competitive prices and well laid out site, I have since bought a number of harmonicas and recently bought a Seydel Symphony 64 which I have been considering for some time, glad I finally got one, all orders have arrived next day and well packaged, I would definitely recommend the harmonica company for an excellent all round service, Thank you.
