Excellent service and products
I've used Hay Experts for several years now, and the service and quality/range of products has always been excellent - including them contacting me specifically to find out if I needed the Critical Care medicine urgently ahead of the rest of my order! The free delivery for large orders and being able to choose a courier is appreciated.

I always use the Hay Experts for my rabbit supplies. They have an excellent range of products and give great service with very fast delivery. Really good prices too. My rabbits love getting a parcel from this company never any waste! Definitely recommend for all your furry friends requirements.

I’ve been using hay experts for around 4 years now and would really recommend them. My house rabbits is such a fussy guy they offer a good range of hays, toys, healthcare, gift, books and forage products. What I love about them product wise is their forage range they have a good range you don’t find anywhere else my boy loves the chicory and blackcurrant leaves. They also do their own green oat hay too is smells lovely and fresh. On the very rare occasion I’ve had a problem they are fantastic for communication and always get back to you and resolve them swiftly. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent products and service.
I won a gift voucher in a raffle, used it, found the products and service excellent and have continued to order from them. I like the free samples which is a good way of trying out new forage etc without spending a lot of money. My bunnies especially like the plantain.
I've emailed the company a couple of times and replies have been quick and helpful.

I ordered food supplies for my bunny rabbit from this shop. Their customer support is fast, and my order came very fast. It took 8 days for the order to arrive, from their store in UK to my home in Greece.
