New ownership disaster
I've been having roast dinner on a Sunday for at least twice a month for 2 years.
The pub has been recently been taken over and all prices have increased considerably.
The pricing is not concern, as I'm not a big drinker.
The Sunday roast was never cheap at £22, however it always got a 9 out of 10 rating.
Unfortunately today I'm being Generous giving 3 out of 10
Issues
1 served luke warm if that, needed gravy to try and make it edible
2 Beef was high the thickness of slices before. The Beef used to melt in your mouth.1 out of 10
3 Potatoes I had better in a workman's cafe. Not crispy or fluffy 1 out of 10
4 Cabbage 2 mouthfuls
5 Gravy luke warm
TOTAL DISASTER AND WASTE OF MONEY ARRIVED STARVING SO UNFORTUNATELY HAD TO SUFFER THIS DAY LIGHT ROBBERY
THE ONLY GOOD THING LEFT HERE ARE THE ORIGINAL STAFF.
WE WERE LOOKED AFTER BY ALI, MAIYA AND SANTANA WERE VERY APOLOGETIC AND HELPFUL
