Diabolical service
Diabolical service, I hired or thought I'd hired a floor sanding pack for a weekend. Took Friday off work, got up crack of dawn cleared the room. Then Speedy Hire call me and say they can't supply. So 2 hours on phones and chat bots later, My refund will take 5-10 days and no free hire to compensate for their failure. Do yourself a favour deal with people who actually hire stuff not with a go between. No wonder they're in financial trouble if this is how they treat their customers.

Our website www.thehireservicecompany.com We dont take any on-line orders and only take orders in branch. I think you have hired from HSS Proservice or www.hss.com this is a large PLC whilst we are smaller private business and wouldnt use Speedy hire as we have our own depots and equipment.
Awesome customer care
I've found dealing Chris Penfold to be very helpful for all my needs and any issues. Great customer service and always takes the time to help resolve any problems I may have. A very pleasant and efficient guy.

AVOID! Do not use HSS
Do not use HSS! Shocking company. I hired scaffold for 2 days only. It’s been 9 days now since the end of our use and it still hasn’t been collected. Our customer is fuming. We’ve phoned in 3/4 times, been on hold for 30mins each time and constantly told it’s being collected and then hasn’t. Keep being lied to, toget us off the phone. If it gets stolen I won’t be bothered.
Avoid this company, so many others better out there
