Extremely bad customer service
We tried, with great difficulty, to get in contact with anybody at the company to order a chair for delivery in Denmark. It took a week for The Home to find out whether it was possible and at what cost and, when we agreed on the freight charges and enquired as to how to go about it, they told us that they could not sell us the chair anyway. PLEASE; PLEASE, PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF "THE HOME"
