There is ZERO customer service

There is ZERO customer service! They just ignore you! Written a few emails, no one bothers. It's probably best that they aren't even able to expand into other markets if they can't even handle one.

False Claims on their Product Warranty.

I purchased a $699.00 chair from thehumansolution website in 2011. Their website states the chair has a “Lifetime Warranty.” The caster wheels have deteriorated, and they will not send me new castor wheels because they state this chair has a “Limited Lifetime Warranty.” This is false because I have copies of their website warranty policy on this chair stating “Lifetime Warranty. I would not have purchased a $699.00 chair in 2011 if it had a “Limited Lifetime Warranty.” After going back and forth, they offered me a $20 discount towards the $40 cost of caster wheels. What a cheap company, nothing but crooks – stay away from them – Thank you for reading this post.

Don't bother

Customer service was quite poor and unhelpful.

The product is not as advertised, definitely not the same quality as the original armrests despite them claiming that it is the same product.

I left a review on their site which was never posted. There are only 6 reviews from the past several years, clearly bad reviews are filtered out.

Rude customer service, doesn't stand behind their products despite premium prices.

I purchased a very expensive Uplift desk and custom Steelcase Think chair ($1,100+) from The Human Solution. The chair has been causing pain in my legs after sitting in it for short periods of time due to two metal support bars underneath the seat which you can feel pressing into your thighs through the very thinly padded seat cushion. Terrible design. The orthopedist I went to said it is causing nerve compression pain and advised I stop using the chair. Neither Steelcase nor The Human Solution will do anything to help. THS's customer service person was extremely rude and tried to sell me on a $75 glorified foam pillow/extra cushion which can be found for $30 on Amazon and has a bad review score there anyway (search SupporTech Cushion Chair Pad). They would not take the chair back or exchange it, and would not contact the manufacturer to get a replacement seat or custom pad to fit the shape of the seat. Steelcase advised this may be possible but they "only work with dealers, not direct consumers". Those looking at all these reviews of The Human Solution should be warned many of them are from fake/new profiles, and that despite the premium price tags of their products, they DO NOT stand behind them whatsoever.

The worst customer service ever

The worst customer service ever. They wrote deceptive product information and blame for customers that they should contact the company before place an order to make sure to obtain a correct information. When ask for an explanation, the "customer service manager" says - I am closing this case. It is not our fault. I cannot believe this person, Sarah, is the "customer service manager." They should conduct a business with good faith. Don't fall for their deceptive description of products. They will take your money and walk away.

Awesome Service and Amazing Products

This company has the best prices on top of the line office furniture. I received my first Uplift Desk from them only days after ordering with free shipping last month. Just ordered my second Uplift desk this week and they through in a great discount. Ask for Sami B. and she will take great care of you.
