Can say anything bad really. Our order arrived well packaged and quickly. The clothes we ordered we great, fitted well and good quality. We didn't need to make any returns. All in all very happy and would definitely order from here again.

Your feedback regarding the return of items purchased online will definitely be taken on board and we may look to implement more options soon.
It appears that you were fully refunded back to the original payment method once your order was processed and logged on the refund report on the 27th February.
Please be aware that it does take a few days for orders to be returned to our warehouse in Manchester and from here our returns team process orders within 10 working days.

The day after I wrote my review they ended up disputing my transaction. Still no change to the shipping status. Kind of odd that they make you use their shipping service and then end up taking advantage of the customer. Still no answer to my emails. I am on a full dispute with Chase. They could just email me to hash everything out and ask me to take down the (100% warranted) bad review. Honestly they look like a good company and I would have probably ordered quite some more things. Very disappointing and I hope they dont treat anyone else like this.

We are very sorry to hear of your recent negative experience with us.
With regards to refunds, as long as the tracking the courier provides customers with for returns state it as being back this will then be processed and added on to the refund report within 10 working days.
However in any incidents where it looks like there has been a delay with the courier or the courier hasn't handed the parcel to our warehouse for any reason we do encourage customers to get in touch and as long as they provide the returns receipt they were given our customer care team are always on hand to then release the refunds.
As you haven't provided any information we can trace back to an order we can not assist any further however we again encourage you to please email our team at help@theidleman.com as we have not received any correspondence from yourself regarding any issue with an outstanding refund.
Please be aware if you have began the chargeback process our customer care team can not refund as this will have been escalated to our billings team who handle chargeback disputes.

Too slow
Took 1 week to receive, which to be fair was down to courier (Yodel), whose tracking told me my jacket had arrived at my local service centre and would be delivered the next day, and then kept my jacket for ANOTHER SIX DAYS! The tracking didn't update and continued to show the elapsed delivery date. In the end I had to contact them and ask if there was any chance of them delivering my parcel. Expecting it today; hopefully it's okay after lying around their depot for six days.
Idle Man were friendly and helpful in my dealings with them, though.

Excellent customer service; easy exchanges and returns. Everything I’ve ordered over the last three years as arrived on time. I particularly enjoy the online sales, they are very good value for money particularly in comparison to other online sites and local and high street shops and stores.
