Don’t book - very inflexble
Very inflexible people. They go back on their own words, even those they’ve put in writing via email. I can absolutely not recommend them.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

DO NOT book your wedding through these people.
Our wedding was still a few months away when covid struck and they refused to be flexible, offering us a few lower grade venues and restrictive timelines as an alternative. They sent us heartless, legally worded emails and when we tried to explain that our family couldn’t come and we’d therefore like to do something different, they refused to budge (stating that legally the wedding could go ahead and therefore they wouldn’t refund us) and we lost thousands of pounds. On top of all of this, they lied to us about what the venue would refund, and we found out later on that they’d kept some of the refund for themselves, in essence stealing money from us.
They treated us horribly, added enormous stress to our lives and showed no empathy or understanding.
Jo and Jean-Marc are heartless, greedy and unethical business people. They ruined our wedding and even a year later, the thought of how they treated us fills me with sadness and anger. I hope that others can learn from our experience and can avoid falling into the trap of working with these horrible people.
