Love the Trendi switches
Love the Trendi switches. Very modern and such a great selection of colours. Easy to change faceplates to suit your room when decorating! Really good company to buy from. They actually answer the telephone very quickly and and very friendly and helpful. When I ordered new faceplates someone actually phoned me up to check I knew it was just the faceplates I was ordering and not the full socket. Great service and I will definitely use them again.

Excellent service throughout, after ordering received courtesy phone call to let me know item had been dispatched, delivery was spot on and quality of items very good, personal touch of speaking to someone mid order makes you feel that no matter how large or small the order is, you are a valued customer, would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone in the future.

A good experience when ordering items . There was one outstanding item which they contacted me immediately to inform that there was a few weeks delay but they regularly contacted me to update on progress. Very good customer service! Wish all suppliers were as helpful

I was a bit hesitant when I ordered Trendy sockets & switch as I needed them asap for electrician who was arriving 5 days from ordering
How wrong was I the goods arrived 2 days later
They look fantastic in my new kitchen and will certainly be ordering more for the rest off the house

The Internet Electrical Store contacted me as they were waiting for some of my order to come in and offered the option of 2 separate deliveries or wait 24 hours. I wasn't in a hurry so I was happy to wait it was only 1 day.
I wish all companies would communicate like this.

If i could give them ZERO stars I would.
They were adamant in refusing to ship a product to me and were completely unhelpful - don't waste your time - there are also cheaper alternatives I found.
When the company read the above review they asked me to contact them for help, yet they've already flatly refused to help. They're simply trying to give the impression of being cooperative. Even their Managing Director will not respond to me despite my direct email complaint to him.
