If you had an option for 6 stsrs I would have chosen that option.The fit is perfect, the quality is awesome and your customer service is top notch. I'm not the easiest person to deal with. I know what I expect to get topn quality for my money. I ordered a custom made suede jacket, size 56 extra long and they came through. Now all i have to do is wait for the weather to turn cold so i can wear it.

I ordered my dream jacket from them and they made the process so easy! There was a guide to measure yourself and everything! When i got my jacket it was immaculate, everything was perfect! The only thing was that the sleeves were a bit tight but thats on me i like my sleeves baggier but I measured exactly. Other than that its perfect! Everyone was so nice too! 10/10 will absolutely try it again.

I received my pink leather jacket from The Jacket Maker last 2023 and I’ve been wearing it throughout my travels since then. The quality of the material is so good and it keeps me warm whenever I need it. It’s also such a stylish piece that I get so many compliments when I wear it.

I’ve been wearing it constantly since it arrived.
My old biker is now getting a well-deserved break, and I practically live in my Selina blazer. It’s slightly insulated, which makes it perfect for late September and early October.

Initially, I left a mixed review: the product was excellent, but the refund process was confusing. The company had offered a promotion: “Get a Replacement + 25% Refund” which wasn’t initially honoured.

However, the team reached out to me directly and resolved the issue. Overall, the customer service is helpful and attentive.
I hope that, following feedback from me and perhaps others, they will refine their promotional offers to avoid any similar confusion in the future.

Aside from that small hiccup, everything else has been smooth. The quality of the product is outstanding, shipping was quick, considering the jackets come from Pakistan, and the returns and refunds were processed promptly.

I have purchased 3 leather jackets from The Jacket Maker, and all 3 have exceeded my expectations. 2 of the jackets I had made to measure, and those jackets are the best fitting articles of clothing in my wardrobe. The latest one I bought I wanted to see how their ready made option fit, and it is very comfortable. Nothing beats made to measure, but the general sizing is on par with my measurements and the difference is simply a mildly looser fit. The customer service very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with every step of the process. I am grateful for the value and craftsmanship provided by this company
