Brilliant service, rapid delivery and exceptionally well packaged. Can’t ask for more really. If only they sold Japanese electronics like toasters. The markups for these products at other UK based retailers is astronomical.

I can't recommend this enough. The top-notch products were delivered quickly and packaged elegantly. When I had to discuss the delivery address with the staff, they were incredibly supportive, amicable, and prompt.

I'd reviewed a lot of sites selling Japanese items (or claiming to) and Hiromi & Jez's store seemed the highest quality and most genuine. I ordered three items, choosing gift wrapping for two of them. I couldn't be happier - postage was prompt and tracked; the items were beautifully presented and exactly as described. I really feel like I have a little piece of Japan in my home now, and will definitely buy again.

I bought a Japanese Kokeshi Doll which arrived today. I used the on-line shop for my purchase, and the doll matched the picture and is beautiful. It arrived in the timescale stated, and was well packaged.

I had looked at your website before our visit to Harrogate and knew exactly what I wanted to purchase. They were Father Christmas Japanese Kokeshi Doll, Midi Christmas Kokeshi Doll & Medium Snowman Handpainted Kokeshi Doll. The two ladies were so lovely and so very welcoming and were super helpful. Nothing was a bother. The items we had chosen are absolutely beautiful and we can’t wait to display them for many many years to come.
