A Calm, Playful Desk Upgrade

I love how Kapco collaborates with so many artists — you can really tell each keycap set is thoughtfully designed and not just made to look good, but to tell a story.

I recently got the Thekapco x Hippogardenno | Barbeque Keycaps and I love this set so much 🩵
It’s super easy on the eyes, adds personality to my setup, and just makes everything feel more me.

Typing on it is also surprisingly satisfying — the texture feels smooth but not slippery, and the overall sound is clean and soft (perfect for those cozy typing sessions 👀).

Definitely one of those sets that’s not just for typing… it’s for the vibe ✨

Custom set, everything as expected

They made a custom set for me that they actually didn't sell anymore. The set arrived in good quality and looks really good. They even included a bunch of spare keys that are really useful. The delivery time also wasn't overly long considering they shipped from Malaysia.

It’s been a month since the order was…

It’s been a month since the order was placed I’ve still yet to receive it ridiculous. I won’t be placing another order through them. I reached out to customer service it took them a whole week to respond. Their excuse is that they’ve been real busy. I’m annoyed.

The Cutest Keycaps I’ve Ever Owned!

I got the SecondFloorNeko | Grocery Cat Keycaps set, and it is absolutely perfect! The attention to detail on each key is incredible. As a cat lover who adores pastel colors, I love the soft and happy vibe this set brings to my setup. The prints are crisp and clear, with no signs of blurring or incomplete designs. It truly gives my desk a whole new vibe!

the product is trash

Hello everyone

Just giving everyone an update so nobody else gets burned by this garbage product. The company told me to email their support, but I’ve heard absolutely nothing since I sent it on Dec 18, 2025. It's clear that not only is the product trash, but their customer service is non-existent.

I've only used it for a month, and the ink on the keycaps is bleeding now.

The product quality and price are completely mismatched. The extremely poor material quality, when compared to the original keycaps made by Cherry, is honestly the difference between trash and Exquisite craftsmanship.

At least 8 keycaps had cutting flaws, the colors were even blurred/bleeding, and white lines were printed where they shouldn't appear.

You must think twice before purchasing this product. If you take away the Peanuts branding, this product is no different from garbage. I will definitely not buy this, and although I was initially interested in buying other designs from this line, there is no way I will look at this product again.

Great Keyboard and Support

Hi,

I recently made a purchase from Kapco for Christmas and I'm pleasantly happy with it. The keyboard works great and the keycaps looks awesome. Only thing I've noticed is that one keycap is slightly damaged. I will be emailing support which have been very responsive from the start.

When purchasing, please double check at the bottom of the page of the item of whats included, to ensure you're either buying a keyboard set (Keyboard, keys, keycaps) or just the keycap set to avoid issues and mistakes.

Deceptive Marketing

I've bought some key caps in the past and was very happy about the purchase. However after my recent purchase I've noticed that what they market as a set isn't a set and only sell you one item of the set. What I've also noticed is that they will show you the lower price of the set, but will switch it to a higher price. The refund policy is unreasonable. It also takes over a month to receive your order. I do not recommend purchasing anything from this vender.

Malaysia Scammers. Misleading Advertisment.

This company operates out of Malysia. They will sell items calling them sets, display the items together in a picture, and have them all in the product description. However, they are only selling one item. If you ask for a refund, they will refuse to provide a return label. I would advise against purchasing from this company after experiencing their fraudulent practices. I would encourage those who have fell victim to them to file an FTC complaint and contact your bank to dispute the charges. Save your money and headache. Don't buy from The KrapCo.

Scammer company. Advertises items as a “set” when it’s only ONE item. Be careful when ordering from here. Make sure you read through what you order. My mom bought gifts from here thinking “set” but we got a single item. Also will take over 2+ weeks to arrive.

Sent wrong order but quick to resolve

Initially had a poor experience but the problem was sorted out!

I ordered the kohi neko keyset and was sent shiro by mistake. One of my keys had a printing error. Kapco were able to send me the colourway I had actually ordered, and the quality is much better, with good alignment of each of the keys and no imperfections.

Took a while

I bought the GMK67 for around $75, but, I also needed to pay $25 extra for international shipping.
Then, it took around, if not exactly, a month.
What I received was what I ordered and what I expected. So it doesn't matter to me too much, but if you're gonna buy from thekapco, do some more research, look into other sellers for what you're looking for.
All in all, long shipping time (for the record, it did come from China), and decent quality.

Edit: I've been using the GMK67 for around a year now, and it's very decent! I'm sure you could make an argue about the price, but I'm quite fond of it.

I'm also partially writing this because I feel bad about my initial review (⁠ ̄⁠ヘ⁠ ̄⁠;⁠), whether warranted or not; they have said that they've "greatly improved shipping times," I believe. Keep in mind that I speak merely for myself, as the other reviews aren't very reassuring...

Bad quality keycaps

I received my set of keycaps but I was not happy with the quality at all. The majority of the legends were off center and the colour of the keycaps are way more pink than lavender. When I contacted support, I requested a refund and they insisted on sending replacement keycaps but they only replaced 2 and the quality of those were also not good. I requested a refund again and got ignored. Avoid this company.

Bad online buying experience

They took over two weeks to ship out my key cap. I need to email them multiple times until I'm disappointed already and ask them to refund my money, I don't want the key cap already then they reply me. The key cap still not received yet. They cannot do whatever they promised so no next time buying already. My first ever bad online buying experience.

The company is wonderful, I wish the products were as well

The company is wonderful, and they respond with a lot of care and attention to customer concerns, but the products are not as high quality as I expected or hoped. Beautiful products but there seems to be an issue with quality control or manufacturing. Packaging is not the best, and the keycaps do not have a high level of precision or consistency with their shape, edges etc. The colors are consistent and beautiful. I know they do not manufacture the keyboards, only the keycaps. But it seems the keycap set was not designed well for the spacing and size of the keyboard it is advertised with. You can easily see way too much of the rgb lighting under the caps. I have some issues with the fitment of switches on the keyboard, but I know this doesn’t exactly reflect on theKapCo. The caps probably should have been a bit larger. I hope to hear about improvements in quality control in the future, and buy more of their products.
