Save yourself a lot of stress and stay far away from this website
I placed a large order for some landscaping rock on January 29, 2026. The website said it would be delivered by February 11, 2026. February 11th came and went and I had not received my order or a tracking number. This website has no phone number or email address to write to; just an online form. So I filled out the form requesting an update on my order and heard nothing. Tried 3 more times and still nothing. I wound up contacting the BBB for assistance and they were able to get me a tracking number. I thought all was going well. I was wrong. I followed the tracking number and at the end of February it said my product was delivered to an address that was not mine nor in the same city. They delivered the product to a city in North Texas and I live in South Texas, over a days drive away! I attempted to reach out to them via their online form again and once again, no response. I tried 2 more times and still no response. So, once again, I reached out to the BBB. They have attempted to communicate with the company but they to have not heard a response back either. It is now March 5, 2026 and I still haven't received my products. I have emailed them for an update, in which they can't give me and keep telling me it was delivered and I point them to the tracking number and the address it shows it was delivered to and my address that is on the order form to show that it was not delivered to the correct address. They have not delivered the product and they refuse to issue a refund saying it was delivered. But not to me! I have now reached out to my credit card company to file a fraudulent charge claim and the FTC. When I looked up their address on the website, there is no business there. It is just trees and a few surrounding houses (you can see it on google maps). I have since then emailed them every day, to the email address they sent the tracking number from, for an update for the last week and still no response. I believe this to be a fraudulent company and caution everyone to stay far away from this website. I am still out a lot of money at this time.
