Paid £215 for maths functional skills, website has been down for the past week, when phoning goes straight to messaging service. Emailed, still no reply. I feel this may be a scam. Be aware

If i could give zero stars then i would. Phoned and explained the urgency i needed to do a maths exam. Was assured they can help and i could sit my exam within a week, paid £215. Logged on and had endless problems completing the tasks, emailed no response, website no longer works, phone numbers go straight to voicemail and still no response from emails. Feel like i have been totally scammed. Avoid this company like the plague!!

I started my level 3 in childcare with city and guilds in autumn 2022. I completed the work by August and waited until September for my observation visit. This had been cancelled, by them, a number of times in the summer. IQA was completed on my portfolio in October and I waited for the certificate. This was delayed for no clear reason. Communication was limited and this concern was communicated with them many times. The reason for the delay was never given fully and there was always just another few weeks to wait. Eventually I was moved over to another exam board and the certificate was received this week in may 2024. I was given the choice of staying with city and guilds but it would take up to another 6 months to get the certificate. The guidance time was up to 3 months from completion, when I started and the website still said this. I was not the only learner impacted. The stress this has caused, when I went through periods of time thinking that I’d not only wasted my time, but not inconsiderable amounts of money, was massive.

The learning station made it easy to undertake my traffic marshall course , they offered a good price and great service . The course was clearly set out and the steps to receiving my I d card were easy to follow . Very happy with using these guys . Would recommend
